Michael and I are very happy with the install process of our new water system. Our installer Leo was very kind and professional and explained everything in detail. He cleaned up as He went and everything looks great. Can’t wait for our first week of trying and drinking clean water. Also, Shawn is who we spoke to at the Home Show. He came to our home tested our water and explained pros and cons. Shawn worked with us over the next 2-3 weeks as we had questions. There was never any pressure or rush. Finally decided to upgrade our house system we had purchased 7 years ago and reached out to several local companies to see what new products they have on higher end filtration. After meeting with four companies we decided to go forward with clean valley water and we were glad we did. They were extremely polite and professional. About 2 weeks after our install we noticed a small leak on the system, we called and there office staff was sweet and walked me through to check the unit. They said they could have someone rush over same day in the evening or next day am. I explained the am was fine, they were here the next day and fixed it fast and even offered to walk me through with system management. I was pleased with the professionalism and speed with everyone from the sales rep, office staff and their technician. If you're looking for a great company I did a lot of homework and I am very satisfied and pleased.

Love the water softener system we just installed From Clean Valley Water. We noticed a difference right away. When we wash our hands it feels so smooth.
